These 90-minute Idea Exchanges are moderated benchmarking-type discussions primarily focused on best practices and career development topics.
Attendance is limited. Idea Exchanges generally include small group discussions of up to 15 people, with a total attendance of up to 150 registrants. These Exchanges are not CLE-eligible and not available on demand.

Join us for a discussion with members of the LGBTQ2+ community who will share their personal experiences working in law firms and how law firms can take a more inclusive approach to support LGBTQ2+ professionals and staff.
Topics of discussion will include how others can show support through workplace policies and initiatives, how to build an inclusive culture, and creating a professional network.

The Trademark Administrators Committee is excited to share its “Idea Exchange” role-playing event at the Annual Meeting. Join us as we work through Trademark Administrator’s tough choices as they navigate their career.
This exciting virtual event will provide tips and tools for navigating your career progression and the opportunity to discuss career goals and challenges with your “peers and supervisors,” followed by a debriefing session where participants will share the revelations, strategies, and conclusions that came to light during the breakout sessions.
